Policy Configuration
Configuring Account and Audit policies in Active Directory for every user's account is a time consuming and tedious process. By configuring Account Policies, an AD Administrator can set up user's password and account lockout attributes. That is what would be the minimum password length, what would be the minimum and maximum password age, after how many failed login attempts user's account will be locked, etc. While by configuring Audit policies, the AD Administrator specifies the events that he wants the software to audit. CADMR enables the AD Administrator to audit following events:
- Logon and Logoff
- File and Object Access
- Use of User Rights
- User and Group Management
- Security Policy Changes
- Restart and Shutdown of System
- Process Tracking
- Privileged Logons
- Directory Service Access
CADMR provides the facility to configure Account and Audit policies for a single as well as multiple users in a domain. Simultaneously configuring Account and Audit policies for multiple users saves AD Administrators significant amount of time, which can be used in other productive work. In addition with policies configuration, CADMR makes managing User Rights simple and flawless.
